These terms cover your use of Spellquill (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to run a campaign. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to hold an account.
Your content
Everything you write, upload or import stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, sync it to the people you invite, and show it back to you. You can export all of it at any time and delete your account whenever you like.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to share. That includes copyrighted rulebooks, artwork and adventures. The Service ships only openly licensed rules content (CC-BY 4.0 System Reference Documents).
Plans and payment
The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your account page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled case by case — write to us within 14 days of a charge.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to harass people, send spam, pretend to be someone else, post sexual content involving minors or content that sexualizes anyone without consent, break the law, probe or overload our systems, or resell access. That goes for messages, profiles and public pages too. You can block anyone and report people, chats and pages; we review reports and may remove content, unpublish pages or suspend accounts.
Public pages
If you publish a campaign page, or share your journal on one, anyone on the internet can read it. Publish only what you’re happy to share and have the right to share, and ask your table before you publish their characters. You can unpublish at any time.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service up, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut the Service down we will give at least 60 days' notice and keep export working until then.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
